Alumni Affairs Hosts Mrs. Manar Abu Al-Seba’ to Meet Upcoming Graduates

Alumni Affairs Department at the Deanship of Students Affairs hosted Mrs. Manar Abu Al-Seba’, Assistant of the University President Administrative and Financial Affairs Assistant, to review her experience entering labor market and discuss career development stages with a number of university upcoming graduates, as part of the university training program to prepare its students to enter the labor market.

At the beginning, she explained that she had more than one experience in looking for a job, and that graduates should benefit from various experiences and build on them to reach their goals. There’s no such thing as bad training program or a failure job interview. Rather, these are experiences in which we can discover and strengthen both our strengths and weaknesses. Recommending graduates to be passionate, non-despair, and insist on reaching their goals. Addressing, the upcoming graduates, saying: “You have to put your goal in mind and make every effort to achieve it. With clear and deliberate steps bringing you closer to achieving what you desire and dream of”.

She concluded by presenting the gap between the market needs and academic programs, causing real issue for graduates. Also it’s important that a student begins during his study to develop expertise, refining his personality, experience different things, try to participate in offered training programs, and promote volunteering to move forward to the job market and be distinguish in your seek.
