Alumni Affairs Department at the Arab American University Deanship of Student Affairs concluded a training course in cooperation with Al Ofoq Organization for Youth Development presented by trainers Ibrahim Suleiman and Amer Al-Fararjah from the organization training department. The four sessions training presented many topics that interests the upcoming graduates, where 45 students from different faculties participated.
The training presented lots of interesting topics for university students such as how to promote self-confidence, leadership, communication skills and the “silent language”/non-verbal (body language, behaviors or gestures). Also it included punch of individual and group exercises, brainstorming sessions and video clips, which all aims to enhance personality, capacity development and self-marketing in a creative way.
By the end of training, university Head of Alumni Affairs Department Bilal Al-Ashqar thanked Al Ofoq Organization for their efforts in implementing this training. Stressing, it’s important to work with graduates, bring them closer to labor market and practical life required skills through training, workshops and various events.
