Finalize "Enhancing Administrative Skills" Training or Female Graduates

The end of First Day

Alumni Affairs Department at the Deanship of Student Affairs concluded a training program for female graduates entitled “Enhancing Management Skills” in cooperation with the Community Vision Friends Association and the Food Industries Federation. The training lasted three training days for 22 graduates.

The training started with trainer Laila Daibes in the first session, discussing several topics; most important is entrepreneur thinking and its importance in providing distinctive types of projects, ways of presentation and its role in crowdfunding these projects. While in the second day, Mr. Nasr Atyani Director General of Jerico Agriculture and Industrial city and Mr. Bassam Abu Ghalion Director General of the Food Industries Federation, addressed project management in general with a focus on the organization and managing human and financial resources in order to enable professional completion of the project, taking into account quality, timing and cost factors. The third and final meeting was presented by the Department of Public Culture lecturer at the University Dr. Ayman Yousef, who talked about public relations, its role and how to activate this role and promote it.

At the program end, Head of Alumni Affairs Department Bilal Al-Ashqar thanked the university administration for their partnership to implement this training. He appreciated institutions trust in the university and its graduates. Hoping, to implement more projects and programs in the future, provide connections opportunities’ for graduates to reflect positively to graduates and institutions.

Mr. Ghassan Al-Sheikh, Director of Community Vision Friends, thanked the University for cooperating and facilitating the training program implementation, to the max. Also thanked the participating graduates and trainers, hoping that his association would organize more workshops and projects with students and graduates.
