Position Available – Director
Hassib Sabbagh IT Center of Excellence (HSITCE) Consortium invites application for the position of “Director of Hassib Sabbagh IT Center of Excellence”.
Qualification:
* Bachelor degree in Engineering/IT/MIS with background in incubator / Accelerator Management.
* MBA a plus>
* 2+ years as a manager or a team leader.
* Managerial and communications skills.
* Experience with start-ups in the Palestine context.
* Experience in similar work environment.
* Knowledge of Palestinian Higher Education IT programs and IT market needs.
* Ability to network and develop partnership programs.
* Fluent in English language.
* Proven proposal and report writing skills.
Applicant responsibilities:
* Develop strategic and work plans for the Center.
* Develop IT training programs and IT services for the community.
* Develop IT capacity building programs in response to IT market needs.
* Establish business links and pre incubation services.
* Establish suitable work and research environment for the students, graduates and entrepreneurs.
