In this course, students gain hands-on skills by training in a virtual enterprise. Students assume the roles of real employees in a virtual organization performing tasks related to their job within the premises of their majors. Students work under the supervision of a teacher who assumes the role of a department head. The student keeps a daily journal of the task(s) he or she has performed. The supervisor provides direction and description of the tasks to be performed by his/her students such as creating contracts, proposes training for other employee, designing employee books and so on. A final evaluation by the supervisor ensues.
