"In this course, students will learn about concepts related to conflicts and differences and the crises that fall within the framework of contemporary public relations activities, whether in the scope of their local or international work. The course also deals with the scientific methods of studying conflicts, especially labor conflicts between the parties of production in the institutions, analyzing the reasons and causes of the conflict and trying to get out of it with minimal losses and delaying the subsequent crisis if they can not be stopped. The course provides an in-depth explanation of the role of public relations in conflict management and the importance of its media and communication activities to reduce its aggravation by benefiting from conflict management techniques to push for peaceful resolution through negotiation, promoting common interests and focusing on points of agreement rather than differences. The basic arts that are supposed to be mastered by public relations managers or those working in this department."
