Police spokesman Loay Erziqat stressed on the journalist important role in conveying the Palestinian people image and message to the world. Pointing, it’s a job of troubles. He explained, a policeman has a role to fulfill so as the journalist.

He pointed, this workshop is part of a series of activities by the police in Palestinian universities, specialized for journalists, on how the journalist protects himself during events coverage, and mentioning the safety measures he/she must perform.

He explained that the relationship between the police and journalist is rivalry and this is known in the world, yet in Palestine we got out of this gap through training courses recently organized in Jericho with groups of journalists to guide them in public safety measures.
