01/08/2020	31/07/2022		Dean of the faculty of dentistry	The Arab American University	holding the academic and administrative duties and responsibilities of the faculty of dentistry in addition to students affairs as postulated by the university regulations. additional responsibilities were added in the period of my deanship in leading a team from the faculty to implement a fundamental plan of development , as apart of general team of the university, aimed on make the required changes in all academic, administrative and students related aspects of the faculty, to meet the criteria of the Association of Dental Education in Europe (ADEE). in July 2020 all these efforts resulted in gaining the membership of the ADEE association. the developmental plan was directed towards exams system, CLO, infection control, ratio between instructors and students, facilities and equipment's, and scientific research.
