Biography: 

Farid abu liel Farid.abuliel@aaup.edu Farid abu liel a nurse, my journey in this lovely field sorry its not like that it is more than field it is more than what I can express by words,16 years in lovely serving people in multi setting, hospital, mobile clinic, marginalized area and ambulance’s services. My gratitude and love for such a mazing experience. being left all these lovely periods too hard but, I always had an interest and passion for continuing my education and increase my knowledge in my field, and therefore it is not surprising that I have finished my Bachelor studies in nursing after having diploma in nursing through upgrade study. I have developed this strong passion towards be an academic lecturer thanks to my father who always be my support so my wife and my friends. Furthermore, as I had an interest and talent for being a teacher who hold a massage to give it to my students, my dean and the vice president of AAUP for medical faculties help me toward this field. Now after 5 years as lecturer in faculty of nursing in AAUP I start my PhD program to enhance my knowledge. I work in governmental and non-governmental hospital in a different position and sensitive and critical units either in operation room. I was supervisor for many years who are responsible for many tasks, managing all the hospital department as chief duty manager. I work as an acting of the nursing director for many years, and as a nursing director in one of the major outpatient clinic. I have been as a clinical instructor in many setting with students in a different course This opportunity gives me a kind of experience that enhance my knowledge after being a lecturer in AAUP. The opportunity of being academic beside my practice experience gives me a solid knowledge background in my teaching style, and helped me to give a real story about cases might be used in any giving situation in any disease. I realized that nothing can stopped you in achieving what might help our students who are our children and in future our health hero's Despite many difficulties faced me financial and social but I make challenges to pass it, with the help of many friends and colleagues Sincerely, farid s. abu liel
