Biography: 

Mahdi Barhoush received his B.Sc. degree in Telecomunication Engineering in the Faculty of Engineering and Information Technology, Arab American University in Palestine, in 2012, and his M.Sc. degree in the Faculty of Electrical Engineering and Information Technology, RWTH Aachen University, in 2015. From 2015 until 2019, he was working as a university lecturer at the AAUP university in Palestine. Since October 2019, he has been working as a research assistant and pursuing his Ph.D. degree at the Institute of Information and Data Analytics (INDA), RWTH Aachen University. His research focuses on using machine learning for localization, distributed learning, and secure wireless communication in medical cyber-physical systems.
