This came on the margins of the activities of the Arab Educational, Cultural and Scientific Organization (ALECSO) Forum for Business and Partnerships, which the organization held in its first edition in Tunisia. The State of Palestine participated in the presence of various academic and scientific Arab institutions and universities.

The Dean of the Faculty of Medicine at the Arab American University, Dr. Malik Zaben, explained that the objective of the program is the professional development of students and the expansion of their social networks in addition to enhancing mutual learning. Dr. Zaben indicated that the program entails many academic benefits on the personal level and direct guidance by experienced doctors for the sake of providing support and guidance, provide scientific resources and network with them.

The study was applied to a sample of students enrolled at Dar Al-Kalima University in the city of Bethlehem in the second semester of the academic year 2021/2022. The mixed method (quantitative - qualitative) was used, and the data was collected through a questionnaire and focus groups.

The results of the study revealed that there was a positive effect of using the training program in enhancing the socio-emotional skills of the study participants and improving their level of psychological immunity and positive thinking.

This study aimed to reveal the crime of seizing the influence as a corruption crime, and to enrich the Palestinian legal library with a new topic and an advanced track of research in this field, as this is considered the first Palestinian thesis of its kind that dealt with this dangerous crime.

This thesis was supervised by Dr. Abdullah Mahmoud, Dr. Nour Adas, and Dr. Hekmat Amarna. The committee recommended that the thesis be approved and published due to the importance of its subject so that it would receive the highest academic degree at this stage.
