Announcing Scholarship to Obtain PhD Degree

Arab American University announces a number of scholarships to get PhD degree in one of the following specialization:

  • Physiology
  • Pathology
  • General Anatomy
  • Pharmacology

 

Required conditions:

  1. Applicant must hold a bachelor degree in human medicine, dentistry or biological sciences
  2. His bachelor degree mustn’t be less than Good
  3. The participant should be under 35 years on 1/1/2018

Arab American University Concludes the 4th International Digital Heritage Conference with wide Arab and International Participation

From the 4th International Digital-Heritage Conference

Faculty of Engineering and IT at the Arab American University Ramallah Campus concluded the 4th international conference on digital heritage entitled “Smart Heritage”, in collaboration with Ministry of Tourism and Antiques, French Consulate Jerusalem and with participation of Arab and International academics, experts and researchers from Tunisia, France, Belgium, Brazil, Norway and Greece.

The participants recommended to take care of social tourism programs that focuses on community life, entertainment education by enriching courses with heritage content and entertainment to deliver them smoothly, organize guided tours to heritage sites and sites, promote heritage sites, developing courses and improve university electives covering heritage issues.

Arab American University Participates in "Terrorism Phenomenon in Media Discourse" Conference, Tunisia

Mr. Sudqi Mousa participation in the conference

Arab American University participated in the conference entitled “Terrorism Phenomenon in Media Discourse: References, Plays and Empty Spaces”, which was organized lately by Journalism and News Gathering Institutions at Manouba University, Tunisia.

University representatives in the conference from Faculty of Arts Arabic Language and Media Department Said Abu Mala and Sudqi Mousa, participated with research paper entitled “Arab Comedy Addressing the Terrorism Phenomenon: Semiotic Study”. The study aimed to detect how Arab comedy tackled the phenomenon in Arab societies, ways of dealing with it and how was terrorist personality presented.
