Signing

The agreement was signed by Eng. Bara Asfour- the Assistant to the President of AAUP and Eng. Imad Amayra- the General Director of the International Contracting Company with the presence of the Executive Manager of AZ, Eng. Tariq Zabayneh.

Prof. Abu Zuhri welcomed the Major General Natsheh and the accompanied delegation and praised the role that the committee does in supporting Jerusalem. He gave a detailed explanation about the university, its establishment period, its academic development, and the different unique BA, MA and PhD programs it provides. He ensured on the importance of the joint relations and partnerships with the national sector institutions to support students especially in the current hard economic situations that the Palestinian people are facing.  

This agreement, that was signed after the accreditation of the “Statistics and Data Science” program from the Accreditation and Quality Assurance Commission (AQAC), aims to enhance the collaboration and coordination relations between the university and the PCBS concerning the new joint BA program in “Statistics and Data Sciences” especially in combining the theoretical and academic aspect from AAUP with the practical aspect from the PCBS. This will help in training students of this program and preparing them to the labor market.
