- Deal with the customers face to face.
- Deal with the clients especially for the repeated repaired devices.
- Obtain all relevant information to handle inquiries and complaints.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries.
- Responsible for maintenance invoices collection.
- Obtain all customer information needed.
- Direct deal with technician and follow up device status.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCES
Bachelor Degree in Business Administration or any equivalent field.
2 years' experience in dealing with the customers within high standards.
