This authentic love of design will serve you well here, you'll work on and with all manners of creative spanning the divide between viewer and message. Your skills will be put to use as part of a skilled and innovative creative team, bringing all knowledge and talent together in creation of amazing work.
Important Qualities:
Artistic & Aesthetic Skills: You must be able to create designs that are artistically interesting and appealing to clients and consumers. Produce rough illustrations of design ideas, either by hand sketching or by using a computer program.
Analytical skills: You must be able to look at your work from the point of view of consumers and examine how the designs you develop will be perceived by the consumer to ensure they convey the client’s desired message.
Communication skills: You must communicate with head of design, clients, customers, and other designers to ensure that your designs accurately reflect the desired message and effectively express information.
Computer skills: Sure, you must know how to use computer and software efficiently to produce your designs.
Innovation & Creativity: You must be able to think of new approaches to communicating ideas to consumers, developing unique designs that convey a recognizable meaning on behalf of the client’s needs.
Time-management skills: Graphic designers often work on multiple projects at the same time, each with a different deadline.
Problem-Solving skills: The ability to find solutions to issues that arise is invaluable to us. Being flexible to changing conditions is a part of this skill.
