The Researcher and the Student at the Faculty of Law Mr. Naser Mohammad Khazimya discussed his thesis under the name “The Legal Effects of the incorporation between the Joint-Stock Companies on the Rights of the others” in order to get his Masters’ Degree
The researcher talked about the definition of the incorporation, its legal nature and its conditions. He clarified the effects of the incorporation on the rights of the civilians and on both the work and rent contracts, and came up with great results that he listed.
Mr. Khazimya recommended that the decision for the Palestinian Companies Law project must be submitted as soon as possible, as this cannot be without any legal organization anymore.
At the end of this discussion, the committee containing Dr. Tariq Kmail, the Dean of the Faculty of Law, Dr. Ahmad AbuZaina the internal examiner and Dr. Mohammad A’amarnah the external examiner from Al-Quds (AbuDes) university decided to give Mr. Khazimya the Master’s Degree.
