The University organized a symposium to the law students under the name “the civil cases before the penal judge”.

The Law Faculty at the Arab American University organized a symposium under the name “the civil cases before the penal judge” where they hosted Mr. Ahmad Al-Ashqar the judge of the squire in Jenin.
The goal from making this symposium was to introduce the students -especially the graduate students- to the procedures that the civil cases must do in front of the penal judge, and to help them know how the penal judge deals with the civil cases in order to be fast in achieving them along with the criminal cases.
The symposium talked about the conditions of the civil cases and its procedures in front of the penal judge, and they mentioned the article 210 that is concerned in the rules of proofing the civil cases and the way they are being proved.
