Arab American University in its Ramallah city site welcomed a delegation of Public Relations and Media Directors in the Civil & Security Organization, the delegation visited the site to check its progress and look into cooperation and partnership in common interest issues.

University President Dr. Ali Zeidan Abu Zuhri, Academic Consultant for University Directors Board Dr. Waleed Deib, University President Assistant for Administrative and Financial Affairs Mr. Faleh Abu Arra, Ramallah’s university site director Mr. Mohammad Sabaaneh, AAUP Public Relations Departments Mr. Fathi Amour and Graduate Studies Programs Administer Coordinator Mrs. Wala’ Abu Seif, all welcomed the delegation.

Arab American University Faculty of Law participated in the “Jessup” International Moot Court competition in Washington DC, which will be held in the period between 9 to 15 in the month of April of this year.

International Law Professor at Faculty of Law Dr. Rizq Samoudi and supervisor of university team, said our Faculty of Law was chosen after a local competition held lately in Ramallah city where 9 Palestinian universities participated. Pointing, Washington’s DC international moot court will be a simulation to International Justice Court where various law schools from international universities compete.

LaserFiche Company awarded Arab American University with the best computerized application award for automation processes and procedures to serve employees and students in the world in a conference organized recently by the company in California.

The University got the award after LaserFiche Company announced its award, a major international company in the field of document management, process automation and electronic archiving. The university was chosen after a competition among hundreds of companies interested in technology affairs and educational institutions around the world.
