Competition of Designing a Logo for the AAUP Prosthetics and Orthotics Factory

The Arab American University announces a logo design competition for the University’s Prosthetics and Orthotics Factory. Students and designers wishing to participate in the competition must take into account the following technical conditions:

1. The logo must express the vision of the Prosthetics and Orthotics Factory, its goals and connection to the University as an educational institution.
2. The logo must be changeable to many other colors.
3. The logo must be simple in composition and does not contain accurate details.
4. The logo must be distinctive and not similar to other logos.
5. The logo must be of high quality, stands still when enlarged or designed.
6. The logo must be creative, not traditional.
7. The logo must contain the name of the factory that is not previously used by others, for example Amal / Sama / Al Tamayoz / Al Mas... etc.

The following procedural conditions must be adhered to:

1. The logo is to be delivered in high quality to the Public Relations Department on the University’s campus in Jenin or via email praaup.edu
2. The personal information of the participant has to be sent as an attachment to the design.
3. The owner of the winning design will be rewarded by the University with a USD 200 prize.
4. AAUP hereby confirms that the intellectual property rights of all logos that will be received are preserved, noting that the intellectual property of the winning logo will return to the University after the logo wins and the results are announced.
