The Arab American University hosted the joint training meeting, between the “Excellence” teams of AAUP andAn Najah National University. The meeting was held under the supervision of the Deanship of Student Affairs, entitled “Pioneering Thinking and Small Project Management”, presented by the Head of Alumni Affairs Department at the University, Mr. Bilal Al-Ashqar.
The meeting aims to introduce the participants to the concept of entrepreneurship, the most prominent entrepreneurial personality traits, and how to analyze the market in order to reach a distinctive entrepreneurial project, through the use of team techniques, competitive games, and purposeful challenges.
Al-Ashqar stressed that the activity comes as part of the activities implemented by the “Excellence” Program in Palestinian universities through the Sharek Youth Forum, and aims to enhance the experience of university youth, bridge the gap between the theoretical framework and the labor market in addition to enhance students' future opportunities.
