Eng. Rinad Shqairat, who teaches the “Design Elements and Forming” course at AAUP said that: “this visit to the old town aims to enhance the awareness of students of the main elements for forming through the architecture space, by watching and analyzing the Palestinian way of traditional buildings and traditional architecture.” She indicated that she invited Eng. Yara Bamia from Rawaq Institution, an institution works on reviving the old towns in Palestine, and Eng.

Dr. Ma’en Zakarneh and Mr. Dergham HamdAllah reached the finals after all the excited games that players competed in.

The last game witnessed a great competition between both players and ended in two rounds with no response and then the winning of Dergham in the championship fair and square.

In the conclusion ceremony, Mr. Oday Daraghmeh- the Director of Sports Facilities honored the winners of the first and the second places.

During the visit to AAUP that a delegation from Al Istiqlal University did, Dr. Sadaqa- VP for Planning and Development talked about the university and its academic plans, and explained how AAUP always seeks to enhance the joint academic cooperation and relations with local and international universities. Dr. Sadaqa talked also about how AAUP provides new specializations that meet the needs of the labor market, and asserted that AAUP is ready to start a joint cooperation with Al Istiqlal University that includes many aspects such as joint training courses.  

Prof. Ali Zeidan Abu Zuhri- AAUP President and Mr. Imad AlZuhari- the General Manager for PICA signed the agreement with the presence of Prof. Waleed Deeb- the Academic Advisor of the Board of Directors and the Founding President, Dr. Dalal Iriqat- VP for International Relations and a delegation from PICA.
