No Poverty, Zero Hunger

SDG1: End poverty in all its forms everywhere

SDG2: End hunger, achieve food security and improved nutrition, and promote sustainable agriculture

AAUP plays a vital role in combating poverty through various initiatives. One such effort involves nurturing a culture of voluntary work among its students and organizing numerous activities aimed at assisting marginalized social groups.

Additionally, AAUP emphasizes community service as part of its graduation requirements, mandating that each student completes 100 hours of community service.

Furthermore, AAUP fights poverty by awarding multiple scholarships annually to students from diverse backgrounds, with a particular focus on those coming from disadvantaged social environments. These scholarships empower students, enabling them to realize their potential and access better income opportunities.
